The film is about an NRI named Suraj Sharma living in London with his father who loves to be a Bollywood director. Suraj's father claims that he has been promised a big budget film by the famous superstar Anil Kapoor. When Suraj comes to Mumbai, he learns that his father is dead and accused of fraud by his own friend Kunal Kemmu who is using him as a scapegoat for all misdeeds.
